目的：测定全国23个不同产地续断中总生物碱的含量。方法：采用溴甲酚绿显色，紫外-可见分光光度法在416nm处测定续断中总生物碱的含量。结果：不同产地续断样品中总生物碱的含量在0.0106%～0.1212%之间，有显著差异。结论：该方法准确、可靠，为续断的质量评价及质量控制提供研究基础。

Twenty-three samples of Dipsacus asperoides were collected from different producing areas and used for the determination of the contents of total alkaloids.Using bromocresol green as the color developing reagent, the total alkaloids in Dipsacus asperoides was determined at the wavelength of 416nm. The results showed that D. asperoides from different areas had different total alkaloids contents, ranging from 0.0106% to 0.1212%. This method is accurate and reliable, laying a basis for the quality assessment and control of Dipsacus asperoides.
