本文以医药卫生科学数据共享工程建设质量的评估研究为基础，阐明了科学数据共享工程建设质量评估的目的、意义以及评估指标的制定原则，提出了科学数据共享工程建设质量评估的模式与三级指标体系框架，从资源建设质量、共享标准符合性、平台建设质量，项目管理水平4个方面引导当前阶段科学数据共享工作的发展方向。

Based on the quality assessment (QA) of the National Medical Scientific Data Sharing Project (NMSDSP), this paper introduces the QA purpose and significance and the principals to develop the QA indicators, and presents the QA pattern and indicator system frame. It points out that this indicator frame, including data resources construction quality, the conformation with sharing standards，platform quality and the project management level, may guide the development of the NMSDS at the current stage.
