通过对中国生物医学期刊文献数据库（CBM）收录的1999~2008年有关中医基础理论的文献进行计量学分析，得出国内中医基础理论研究领域在近10年内高生产力的地区、机构的分布；再对文献关键词分布进行分析，最后对高频关键词利用SPSS统计软件进行共词分析。

This paper bibliometrically studies the articles concerning TCM theories covered by the CBM Database, with a special emphasis on the distribution of the areas and institutions with high productivity. It also analyzes the financial support and keywords of high frequency by SPSS, so as to find out the main subjects studied in 1999~2008.
