本文对1979～2009年公开发表的文献进行检索,关键词输入"偏头痛"和"经验",对检索到的文献进行归类整理,归纳当代名中医治疗偏头痛的经验,主要从以下几方面治疗:从肝论治,从少阳胆论治,从风论治,调整脏腑,升阳祛霾法,调和营卫法.

To summarize the experience in treating migraine by contemporary well-known doctors of traditional Chinese medicine, the published literature from 1979 to 2009 was indexed by inputting the keywords "migraine" and "experience". The retrieved documents were classified and collated. The main therapeutic methods could be summarized as follows: treatment based on the liver, treatment based on the gallbladder meridian of foot-shaoyang, treatment based on wind, treatment with regulation zang-fu organs' function, treatment with invigorating splenic yang to dispel haze，treatment with harmonizing the so-called ying and wei systems.
