近红外光谱(NIR)是近年来发展较为迅速的一种高新分析测试技术,具有分析效率高、不破坏样品、在线分析等特点.本文介绍了声光可调滤光器近红外光谱仪(AOTF)的原理、技术特点、仪器装备和在制药行业中的应用.资料表明:近红外光谱技术适于定量分析及定性鉴别、可做物理指标和化学指标的检测、可通过光纤进行远距离在线检测等特点,在制药分析领域中发挥了重要作用.

Near-infrared spectroscopy (NIR) is rapidly developing as a high-tech analytical technique, with the advantages of high efficiency and on-line analysis, while not destructing any samples. The acousto-optic tunable filter near infrared spectroscopy (AOTF) is introduced here for its principles, technical characteristics, apparatus, applications in the pharmaceutical industry, as welll as its prospect. As usable in quantitative analysis and qualitative identification, testing physical and chemical indicators, and distance on-line detection through the fiber, the near-infrared spectroscopy is a contributing factor in the field of pharmaceutical analysis.
