随着科学技术的发展,传统的分离手段渐渐难以满足生产所需的高纯度要求,人们把高效分离纯化技术的研究重点转移到色谱法上,进而促进了色谱分离技术及装备的发展,使得色谱技术及装备从分析规模发展到制备和生产规模,从而促使工业规模制备色谱的产生.制备色谱的核心是色谱柱,而色谱柱的装填,尤其是工业生产规模大直径色谱柱的装填,存在相当大的困难.动态轴向压缩柱色谱技术及装备就是在这种背景下发展起来的,是最常用、最易实现的、效果较为理想的装填技术.本文重点介绍了动态轴向压缩柱色谱技术装备中色谱柱的特点和柱效的影响因素以及该项色谱技术及装备在长春碱类抗肿瘤原料药工业生产中的应用.

With the development of separation and purification technology, the traditional separation methods could no longer satisfy the requirements of highly purified products.
