本研究采用指纹图谱方法,并在此基础上选择了3种酚酸类成分(丹参素、原儿茶醛、丹酚酸B)和4种丹参酮类成分(15,16-二氢丹参酮Ⅰ、隐丹参酮、丹参酮Ⅰ、丹参酮ⅡA)进行多指标成分的含量测定,对复方丹参片丹参成分进行全面评价.

In this work, a method via fingerprinting was developed for the simultaneous determination of three phenolic compounds (Danshensu, Protocatechualdehyde, and salvia acid B) and four tanshinones (15,16-tanshinone I, cryptotanshinone, tanshinone I, and tanshinone IIA). This method may be helpful to the quality evaluation of TCM.
