本文在总结植物叶绿体基因组测序研究进展基础上，提出了药用植物叶绿体基因组测序的策略，对物种的选择，测序平台的确定，生物信息学工具的综合分析应用，样品提取、分析及检测等技术环节进行了深入讨论。

This paper presents a strategy of medicinal plant chloroplast genome sequencing based on the progress in plant chloroplast genome sequencing. It also discusses the issues in species selection, sequencing platform choice, and comprehensive application of bioinformatics tools, as well as the technical difficulties in sample extraction, analysis and detection.
