[摘要]
目的:对苦参进行中药血清药物化学研究。方法:通过比较苦参药材、含药血清和空白血清的HPLC指纹图谱,结合LC-MS/MS检测技术确定苦参给药后吸收入血的药物成分。结果:苦参药材中检测到12个生物碱成分,其中7个药物原型成分吸收入血,分别为槐定碱、氧化苦参碱、氧化槐果碱、膺靛叶碱、N-甲基金雀花碱、苦参碱、槐果碱。结论:7个入血药物成分是苦参在体内的直接作用物质, 提示药物成分的选择性吸收入血,源于结构相似的成分在代谢的过程中存在相互竞争和转化,有助于阐明苦参的体内药效物质基础。

This work studied the serum pharmacochemistry of Sophora flaveseens Ait after oral administration.The constituents absorbed into blood were determined by comparing the LC-MS fingerprints of the extracts of Sophora flaveseens Ait, herb serum samples, and control serum samples. Of the 12 original compounds detected, 7 were absorbed into blood, including sophoridine, oxymatrine, oxysophocarpine, baptifoline, N-methylcytisine, matrine, and sophocarpine. These seven constituents may be the bioactive components of Sophora flaveseens Ait in vivo. The serum pharmacochemistry of Sophora flaveseens Ait needs further investigation, which may lay a foundation for the exploration of the active ingredients of Sophora flaveseens Ait.
