对近20 年来慢性肾功能衰竭的四诊客观化研究进行了回顾与分析，结果表明，随着应用现代科学技术对慢性肾功能衰竭进行客观化研究的日趋深化，最终可能建立一套比较完善的客观量化标准，用以指导临床诊断和治疗。

This paper reviews and analyzes the traditional Chinese diagnostic objectification of chronic renal failure (CRF) over the past two decades. The results show that, with the further objectification investigation concerning CRF using modern science and technology，the establishment of a set of relatively perfect objective and quantitative criteria may be expected to guide clinical diagnosis and treatment.
