[摘要]
目的:研究不同温度对苍术生长发育及挥发油组分的影响。方法:设置低温组(T1)、适宜温度组(T2)、高温组(T3)3 组,各重复8 个,生长6 个月,收苗。采用t 检验比较生物量;GC-MS 分析、鉴定苍术根茎挥发油中所含的有机化合物;BIOLOG 微平板每孔颜色平均变化率检测苍术根际微生物群落功能多样性。以此观察苍术挥发油组分及根际环境的综合变化。结果:淤不同温度下生长的苍术的株高和总生物量有显著差异(P约0.05)。于不同温度下苍术根茎挥发油中归一化百分含量大于0.01%的组分相差较大。三者共有组分有7 个。其中T1 处理鉴定出17 个组分,T2 处理鉴定出21个组分,T3 处理鉴定出21个组分;挥发油总含量(mL·g-1)T1(23.0597)

Three treatment groups were set up to study the effects of different temperatures on the growth and components of essential oil of Atractylodes lancea (Thunb.) DC., namely low temperature (T1), suitable temperature (T2) and high temperature (T2), each treatment repeated for eight times. The plants were harvested aftet six months. The total biomass was compared by t test, the method of GC-MS was conducted for the analyses and identification of the compounds in the essential oil of rhizoma. The functional diversity of rhizosphere about microbial community was tested by BIOLOG. The comprehensive change was observated. The results of statistical analysis were as follows: 1) Differences in the plant height and total biomass were all statistically significant(P<0.05). 2) GC-MS analysis of the essential oil in the underground part of the plants showed that, under different temperatures, the percentages > 0.01% of the essential oil in the rootstalk of the plants were different. Seven components were simultaneously found in all groups. T1 identified 17 components, T2 22 components, and T3 21 components. The total content of essential oil (mg/g) ranked in the order of T1 (23.0597)< T2(24.7491)
