目的：测定加味青娥丸中补骨脂素、异补骨脂素的含量。方法：色谱柱：Zorbax C18(4.6mm×150mm，5μm)，流动相：乙腈-水（30∶70），流速：1.0mL·min-1，检测波长：246nm。结果：补骨脂素、异补骨脂素分别在0.0258-0.2580μg、0.0240-0.2400μg 范围内线性良好（r=0.9999，n=6），回收率分别为100.56%、100.74%，RSD 分别为0.75%和1.00%（n=6）。结论：该方法简便、快速、灵敏、准确，可作为加味青娥丸中补骨脂的含量测定方法。

This work aimed to establish a method for HPLC determination of psoralen and isopsoralen in Jiawei Qing'e Pills. The condition for HPLC was the Zorbax C18 column (150 mm×4.6 mm, 5μm, Agilent). The detection wavelength was 246 nm. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-water (30:70). For psoralen, the linear range of psoralen was determined to be 0.0258-0.2580μg, r=0.9999 (n=6) with an average recovery rate of 100.56%(RSD=0.75%); for isopsoralen, the liner range was 0.0240-0.2400μg, r=0.9999 (n=6) with an average recovery rate of 100.74%(RSD=1.00%). This method shows good separating results, accuracy and reproducibility, thus it may be used for the quality control of Jiawei Qing'e Pills.
