目的:利用复杂网络方法,分析名老中医治疗肝脾不调证的用药配伍规律。方法: 纳入标准以名老中医本人对证候的判断为主,选取当代名医肝脾不调医案共968例,1870诊次。将全部病历录入结构化临床诊疗信息采集系统,转化为可分析的数据,利用自主研发的复杂网络分析算法和复杂网络分析系统进行中药配伍规律研究。结果:复杂网络方法能够得出本证治疗的核心处方及加减变化规律的药物配伍网络。结论:本法对于分析临床医生的临证思维及加减变化规律具有一定意义。

This work aimed to study the combinational rules of Chinese herb prescriptions for treating the syndrome of liver and spleen disharmony by Scale-free Network. 968 cases (1870 encounters)classified by the old famous veteran doctors of TCM as liver and spleen disharmony (LSD) syndrome are selected as the clinical cases. These cases are transformed into structural information. By unifying the terminological description of the data, the herb distribution of the clinical prescriptions is analyzed with the Online Analytical Processing (OLAP) system of the TCM clinical data warehouse platform. Then the combinational rules of the Chinese herb prescriptions for treating LSD syndrome are studied by the complex network method, resulting in the discovery of the core prescriptions and their compatibilities. The results show that the data mining method of complex network analysis may help us realize the knowledge discovery of clinical thinking and the combinational rules of Chinese herb prescriptions.
