桂枝甘草为临床常用的辛甘化阳药对，该药对可独立成方，如桂枝甘草汤，又可以此药对为基础组方配伍使用，临床应用十分广泛，是著名的经方药对。本文对桂枝甘草对心血管系统的影响进行了探讨，研究表明该药对可用于心律失常、原发性低血压、心肌缺血再灌注损伤等心血管疾病的临床治疗。

Guizhi-Gancao pair-herb is commonly used in clinics as "Yang-Oriented Xin-Gan". It can work not only as an independently set prescription, such as Guizhi Gancao Decoction; but also in combination with other compound prescriptions. This study shows that Guizhi-Gancao is widely used in the treatment of cardiovascular disease, such as arrhythmia, the original-onset hypotension and myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury. A systematic and in-depth study concerning this herb-pair would facilitate its development and utilization.
