目的:研究巴豆霜蛋白成分加热前后发生的变化,为选择巴豆霜加热炮制减毒方法提供数据支持。方法:采用十二烷基硫酸钠-聚丙烯酰胺凝胶(SDS)电泳对不同炮制方法和不同加热时间制备的巴豆霜进行蛋白含量测定和电泳图谱分析。结果:测定了巴豆霜蛋白含量,发现巴豆霜不同炮制品SDS图谱中,分子量15~170kD内的特征性条带有6条,加热后有明显的条带消失现象。结论:SDS电泳操作简便、结果可靠、重现性好、专属性强,可用于鉴别不同炮制方法和不同加热时间的巴豆霜。

This work aimed to develop an SDS protein polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis method for crotonis semen pulveratum in order to determine the quality of prepared samples. Ten different samples of crotonis semen pulveratum were determined by SDS protein polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. According to the analysis of the band characteristics of different samples of crotonis semen pulveratum, one of the six characteristic bands disappeared in the samples processed by heating. The results show that this method is suitable for quality analysis of crotonis semen pulveratum.
