中药生产是一个复杂的系统工程，而实验室的提取工艺研究往往忽略了实际生产中随着规模扩大所带来的生产问题。本文通过分析妇炎康片生产工艺过程中芍药苷、丹酚酸B、盐酸小檗碱的保留率，探讨在实际生产中各工艺环节可能存在的问题，并结合妇炎康片的实例，给出解决的方案，为中药生产工艺过程控制及产业技术升级提供的参考。

By analyzing the retention rate of Paeoniflorin, Salvianolic Acid B and Berberine Hydrochloride in Fuyankang Tablet, this paper discusses the possible issues in the production process of Fuyankang Tablet, and tries to find the corresponding solutions. This may provide a reference for the traditional Chinese medicine technique of production process control and the industrial technology promotion.
