目的：通过学习中医的发展过程，分析中医形成的条件和基础，了解中医内涵，判断中医发展方向。方法：从政治、经济、哲学等多角度剖析中医的发展过程，总结其发展规律，分析目前中医之困局，从而提出应对之策。结果：“新中华医学”的发展是未来中医发展的必由之路，它不仅仅包括狭义的传统医学，也包括中华民族在现代化过程中不断学习和创新的内容。结论：要破解目前中医之困局，必须首先由思想上摆脱桎梏，从而改革体制，才能促进中华医学之崛起。

This work aims to study the developmental process of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), analyze the conditions and basis for the TCM formation, explore the TCM essence, and predict the developmental direction of TCM. The TCM developmental process is studied in terms of politics, economy, philosophy, etc. the law of TCM development is summarized, the current predicament of TCM is analyzed, and some countermeasures are presented. The development of "the new Chinese medicine" is suggested to be the future for TCM, as it combines the TCM with continuous learning and innovation in its modernization process.
