针对中药注射剂出现严重不良反应的问题，本课题以鱼腥草注射液为研究对象，进行了4年多的实验及临床回顾性研究，以探寻其不良反应发生原因，分析其临床有效性及安全性，为进一步提高药品质量与安全性，恢复临床使用提供科学依据，为解决中药注射剂安全性的共性及个性问题提供参考。

To solve the severe drug adverse reactions of TCM injections, we researched Houttuynia cordata injection as an example, through experimental studies and clinical retrospective studies which were carried out over 4 years, we tried to search the reasons of adverse reactions and analyzed its clinical efficacy and safety. The ultimate goal is to elevate quality and safety of drugs, provide scientific facts and solve the commonness and personality problems of TCM injections.
