本文在综合分析中药注射液临床不良反应发生的皮肤损害和休克报道文献的基础上,结合既往研究成果和当今相关学科理论进展,提出从过敏机制分析皮肤损害和从微循环损害病理过程,探讨中药注射液临床不良反应发生发展规律和病理机制,试图在发现机理的基础上,建立临床不良反应的预警方法,为中药注射液的安全应用提供理论与技术保证。

Based on the comprehensive analysis of the clinically significant adverse effects, such as skin lesions and shock, of traditional Chinese medicine injections (TCMI) from the reported literature together with the research results formerly and the current relevant theory, the author proposes that through analyzing allergy-induced skin lesions and pathological process of microcirculation dysfunction to study the regularity of origination and development and the pathological mechanisms of the clinical adverse effects of TCMI. On the base of discovering the mechanisms, the author tries to establish an early warning method for the clinical adverse effects of TCMI and it will provide the theory and technical assurance base for security application of TCMI.
