脑内小胶质细胞的活化贯穿了神经退行性疾病的发生、发展全过程。抑制小胶质细胞活化已经成为防治此类疾病的重要策略。本文对近年来本课题组在白藜芦醇及其衍生物、姜黄素及其衍生物、人参皂苷等抑制小胶质细胞活化方面的研究进展进行综述，为防治神经退行性疾病药物的深入研究提供参考。

Microglia activation is associated with the occurrence and progression of neurodegenerative diseases. Thus, inhibition of microglial activation is generally considered a useful strategy for treatment of many neurodegenerative diseases. This paper reviews our research progress in the inhibitory effects of natural products including resveratrol, curcumin, resveratrol derivatives, curcumin derivatives and ginsenosides on microglia activation. This may provide a reference for the further exploration in this field.
