中医疾病分类体系是中医疾病术语标准化的基础性框架。当代中医药界对中医疾病分类体系的研究和重视程度不高，近年来鲜见专题讨论。已颁布的中医药学国家标准，与国际医学标准化的进展相比较，其疾病分类体系的科学性、实用性、系统性及稳定性等都有待进一步提高。通过分析中医疾病分类特点，在遵循国家卫生行业标准对医学术语分类要求的基础上，结合国际上广泛使用的医学术语标准的分类原则，对中医疾病术语的标准化及其分类体系进行初步探讨。

Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) disease name classification system is the basic framework for the standardized terminology in TCM. Few studies have been conducted on current TCM literature and disease terminology standards. The TCM disease classification system should be further improved from the systematic, scientific, practical and stability aspects. In accordance with the analysis on the characteristics of TCM disease classification system, this article discussed the TCM disease name classification system. Guided by the national health industry standards for the classification of medical terminology, international principles of the classification of medical terminology, which have been used widely, were also referred to be used in the study.
