目的：了解结直肠癌根治术后患者在西医常规治疗的同时及西医治疗完成后仍坚持中医治疗的目的，以及对中医药治疗的态度和满意度。方法：选取2009年3月1日~2009 年6月30日期间来西苑医院肿瘤科门诊就诊的结直肠癌根治术后病理分期为域、芋期的患者，在复诊时口头征得患者的同意后发给自拟的结构式调查问卷。结果：在128例符合条件的患者中，107份问卷纳入统计。在手术以后，有70%的患者选择了在术后1年内开始中医药治疗；经等级相关分析，寻求中医治疗的目的与开始中医治疗距手术的时间具有一定的相关性（P=0.00）；经过一段时间的中医治疗后，约90%的受访者对治疗表示满意。结论：患者看中医的目的随术后时间不同而变化，术后1年内多是为了减轻放化疗副作用，术后1年以后开始中医治疗的较多的目的是防复发转移。绝大多数患者对近期中医药治疗的疗效都表示满意，对远期的抗复发转移充满信心。

This article aimed to find out the purpose of colorectal cancer patients in pursuit of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) treatment after operation, and patients' attitude and understanding about TCM. Personal in-depth interviews were prepared. Colorectal cancer patients in stage Ⅱ or Ⅲ were selected in this study at Xiyuan Hospital from March 1st to June 30th, 2009. Structured questionnaires were issued after obtaining informed consents from patients at their subsequent visit. The SPSS software was used in the statistic analysis. The results showed that among 128 eligible colorectal cancer patients, 120 patients were surveyed. The participation rate was 93.75%. 115 were recovered, 8 questionnaires were deemed to be excluded. All 107 valid questionnaires were included in the final statistics. Within one year after operation, 70% of the patients started to take TCM treatment. There was a certain purpose-time correlation of a patient begin to receive TCM treatment(P<0.05). After certain treating duration, about 90% of the patients expressed satisfaction with TCM treatment. It is concluded that the purpose of TCM selection varied with disease duration. The purpose of most patients is to reduce the side effects given by radiotherapy and chemotherapy within 1 year after operation. But the aim of receiving TCM treatment one year after the operation is mainly to prevent cancer recurrence and metastasis. The evaluation given by most patients on TCM were objective. Patients expressed satisfaction with short-term effect of TCM and the confidence on the anti-recurrence and metastasis effect of TCM.
