中药新药设计在中药新药研发中占有重要地位，对提升新药创制水平具有重大意义。本文围绕“组效关系”，提出了中药新药设计的概念、研究框架及技术方法，将处方发现、成分辨识和组方优化作为中药新药设计的核心与关键，以期为中药新药创制提供理论和技术支撑。

Design of New Drug of Chinese Medicine (DNDCM) is very important in the research and development of new drug in Chinese medicine. DNDCM will improve the level of new drug research and development in Chinese medicine. In this paper, we put forward the conception, research frameworks and technical routes of DNDCM centering on Combination-Activity Relationship (CAR). In addition, prescription discovery, component identification and prescription optimization are the core and key of DNDCM, which will be expected to offer the theoretical and technological support for R&D of new drug in Chinese medicine.
