本文从转化医学的角度，探讨了中药炮制学科的主要任务、研究方向，以及炮制学科创新和发展过程中所要解决的关键问题；以继承与创新并重为原则，推动基础科研创新与产业创新共同发展，保证饮片临床合理应用，促进中医药产业的现代化和国际化进程，是推动炮制学科发展的必由之路。

Based on translational medicine, the main task, research area and the key problem for the development and innovation about the subject of Chinese Materia Medica (CMM) processing have been discussed in this article. Equal attention has been paid to inherit and innovate CMM processing. The development of basic scientific research and industrial innovation have been promoted to ensure the rational clinical application of the processed product. The promotion of modernization and internationalization of traditional Chinese medicine is the important way of CMM processing development.
