[摘要]
目的:揭示芍药与甘草的配伍机理,评价芍药、甘草以及芍甘1颐1 组对佐剂性关节炎的疗效和药效学特征。方法:采用完全佛氏佐剂复制大鼠关节炎模型,分别给予芍药、甘草以及芍药甘草汤灌胃治疗,观察并分析大鼠的行为学、足温、痛阈以及关节肿胀度的变化。结果:大鼠注射完全佛氏佐剂后,体重明显减轻,足温升高,痛阈降低,关节肿胀明显;各给药组对上述指标均有不同程度的逆转作用,尤以芍甘1颐1 组最为明显。结论:芍药、甘草以及芍药甘草汤对大鼠佐剂性关节炎均有明显的治疗作用,且以芍药和甘草配伍组效果最佳。

This study aimed to uncover the compatibility mechanism of Paeonia lactiflora (Shaoyao) with Radix Glycyrrhiza (Gancao) and evaluate the therapeutic effects and characteristics in the treatment of adjuvant arthritis byShaoyao, Gancao and the combination of Shaoyao with Gancao (1∶1). Adjuvant arthritis rat models were experimentally established with Freund's complete adjuvant. The behavior, foot temperature, pain threshold and swelling degree of the rat models were observed and analyzed. The data showed that after injection, the rats presented with decreased weight, increased foot temperature, decreased pain threshold and significant joint swelling. After drug administration, pathological changes mentioned above were gradually reversed. The group administered intragastrically with the combination of Shaoyao with Gancao (1∶1) is the one with obvious symptom-relieving profile. The results indicated that all drugs applied in this study have obvious therapeutic effect in the treatment of adjuvant arthritis and the combination group presented with the best therapeutic effect.
