本文系统地回顾了我国麋鹿资源的发展历程、药用价值及其本草记载,并基于麋鹿种群数量的有效恢复和快速扩大的资源现状,提出了以发展药用经济动物资源为目的,引导和推动麋鹿生物资源可持续发展的战略构想。建立野化驯养与人工规范化养殖相结合的麋鹿生物资源发展模式;以麋鹿角、麋鹿茸等药用部位的科学合理利用为目的,开展系统的应用性基础研究;研究制定符合国家法定标准的麋鹿各药用部位加工药材的生产技术体系与质量标准体系;以麋鹿资源为原料研究开发独具特色的系列健康产品。通过实施麋鹿药用资源的规范化与规模化养殖,以提高麋鹿种群的质量与数量;通过麋鹿入药部位功效物质基础的系统研究,以揭示这一生物资源宝贵的药用等经济价值和不可替代性,促进麋鹿资源开发利用与保护的健康发展。

This paper systematically reviewed the history,current status,medical value and Materia Medica recordings of Chinese Père David’s deer(Elaphurus davidianus).Based on the recovered and increased population of Père David’s deer,a strategy of sustainable development of economic medical animal had been pointed out.Firstly,a culture model was established in combination with domestication and artificial normalized culture.Secondly,systemic application of basic research was developed to utilize the antler and pilose antler scientifically.Thirdly,the production technology and quality standard system of medical parts from Père David’s deer should be further developed.The processing procedure of medical parts should conform to national legal standards.Fourthly,a series of characteristic health products should be studied and developed from the Père David’s deer medical recourses.By carrying out normalized and generous cultivation of medical resources,the quality and quantity of Père David’s deer will be increased.Through systemic basic researches,the irreplaceable economic value of medical parts from Père David’s deer will be elucidated.The co-development between utilization and protection of Père David’s deer resources will be further promoted.
