中药提取工艺路线设计直接影响到中药制剂的有效安全。本文综合分析了当前中药提取工艺设计思路,并经通塞脉微丸中间提取物制备工艺的比较研究,提出中药提取工艺设计应以复方整体作为研究对象,按照传统汤剂制备方法制备提取物,进而针对复方组成药物所含有的活性成分类型,选择性采用适宜的分离精制方法,逐步排除无效物质、非疗效相关物质,最终获得能够保持原方疗效和安全性的中间提取物。

Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) extraction route design directly impacts on the efficacy and safety of TCM.In this paper,current ideas of TCM extraction route design were analyzed and the middle extraction process of Tongsaimai micro pill was taken as an example in the comparison research.The proposed extraction process should be designed by studying TCM as a whole object.And the extraction preparation method should follow TCM decoction preparing ways.Appropriate methods of separation and purification should be selected to exclude invalid material and non-efficacy related substances based on the active ingredient type contained by the TCM compound prescription.Finally,the middle extraction,which maintains the efficacy and safety of the original TCM compound prescription,were obtained.
