四诊合参是中医诊断疾病的重要原则之一。中医药的发展,必须在继承的基础上加以创新。近年来,中医类诊断性医疗器械的研制促进了中医的数字化、客观化,服务于中医临床及科研。BD-SZ便携式四诊合参辅助诊疗仪通过脉诊装置、舌诊装置及四诊合参分析系统可对患者的健康状况根据中医理论进行评估,提供中医诊断的参考结果及中药处方建议,从而辅助临床治疗。为拓展中医药在国内及世界的发展和推广,突出该仪器的便携化特点,在中医四诊合参辨证的基础上,整合开发经络腧穴模块,为中医的临床应用、教学及医生自我学习起到积极的促进作用。本文具体论述了经络腧穴模块的架构以及其与中医四诊合参自动辨证系统的整合、优化。

Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) four diagnoses are considered as the main diagnostic principle in TCM practice.Chinese medicine development should be based on inheritance and innovation.In recent years,studies on TCM diagnostic equipments have promoted the digital and objective development of TCM in both clinical practice and scientific research.BD-SZ/TCM Four Diagnosis Auxiliary Apparatus(BD-SZ/TCM FDAA) detects the pulse and tongue through devices.The health condition of a patient is evaluated by the four diagnostic analysis systems according to TCM theories.TCM diagnostic results and recommended prescriptions are provided to assist the clinical treatment.To develop and integrate acupuncture module into the BD-SZ/TCM FDAA is important for the further promotion of TCM both at home and abroad.The recommended acupoint prescription also highlights the portable feature of the BD-SZ/TCM FDAA.The acupuncture module development serves as an active role in TCM clinical practice,teaching and self-learning of TCM physicians.This article discusses the structure of acupuncture module and its integration and optimization with the existed TCM four diagnoses syndrome differentiation system.
