色诊是中医诊法的重要内容之一,本文在标准光源环境中采集了30例青年人和53例老年人的面部图像,使用研制的色诊图像处理软件,得到不同色部在RGB和Lab颜色空间的色度数据,统计表明青年人和老年人的面部色度存在明显差异。该研究为中医色诊的定量化研究提供了特征数据,是下一步对色诊图像进行疾病识别的基础。

Facial complexion diagnosis is an important content of Chinese medicine examines.Facial image of 30 young people and 53 aged people had been gathered in the standard light source environment.Chromatic data of specific regions in RGB and Lab color space were obtained by the developed image processing software.And the statistics showed that there is significant difference in facial complexion between young people and aged people.Quantitative characteristic data for Chinese medicine facial complexion diagnosis image has been provided.This study had laid basis for future image disease recognition.
