本文介绍微波干燥设备及微波干燥技术在中药提取物、浸膏及多种剂型产品中的应用现状,总结出微波干燥技术具有干燥速度快、能量利用率高、干燥效果均匀、灭菌能力强、自动控制容易等优点,也针对目前应用中存在的问题,提出重视微波干燥过程机理研究、提高在线检测技术水平、完善干燥效果评价方法等建议。

In this paper,microwave drying equipments and the application of microwave drying technology in Chinese medicine were introduced.Advantages of microwave drying in the preparation of Chinese medicine extracts and products were also summarized.Advantages of microwave drying include fast drying,high energy utilization,uniform drying effect,effective sterilization,and easy automatic control.Meanwhile,three suggestions were proposed to solve the application problems,which include the study of drying processes mechanism,development of online testing technology and evaluation improvement of microwave drying methods.
