代谢组学是近年发展起来的，对某一生物或细胞所有低分子量代谢产物进行定性和定量分析的一门新学科，是系统生物学的重要组成部分，在临床医学领域具有广泛的应用前景。本文介绍了代谢组学的技术方法，重点论述了其组织样本提取方法和在脑、肝、肾脏、肠等组织器官的研究现状，同时揭示了针对组织样本代谢组学的局限性及改进探索。此外，对其在中医药中的应用前景进行了讨论。

Metabonomics is a new subject, which has been developed in recent years. Metabonomics has been applied in both qualitative and quantitative analysis of low molecular weight metabolites in organism and cells. As an important part of systems biology, metabonomics has a wide application in clinical medicine. This article reviewed research status of metabonomics in tissues research and its prospect in traditional Chinese medicine (TCM).
