国内外不同规模的流行病学调查研究及临床报道均显示，长期高血压会影响和损坏人的认知功能，造成不同程度的认知功能障碍。本文对已发表的相关研究报告进行归纳总结，发现高血压与认知功能之间存在一定的相关性，但这种相关性比较复杂，受多种因素的影响。本研究为今后的相关研究提供参考。

Domestic and international epidemiological studies and clinical reports showed that long-term hypertension affects cognition function of human and induces certain degree of cognitive impairment. This article is focused on the connection of hypertension and cognitive impairment by summarizing published reports. The article showed certain correlation between hypertension and cognitive impairment. However, this correlation is complex and can be affected by several factors. This article provided useful information for future studies.
