概述了药用植物种质资源离体保存的重要性。综述了我国药用植物种质资源组织培养保存法和超低温保存法两种离体保存方法的条件、适用范围、优缺点，以及最新研究进展，并对离体保存技术在药用植物种质保存中的应用前景进行了讨论。

This article emphasized the importance of in vitro conservation of germplasm resources of medicinal plants. Latest research progress on in vitro conservation of germplasm resources of medicinal plants in China was summarized. The existing problems of in vitro conservation of germplasm resources of medicinal plants were also discussed.
