目的:为工厂化培育北虫草提供优质液体发酵菌种,保证并提高人工培育北虫草的质量。方法:以生物转化率、虫草素和腺苷含量为指标,从碳源、氮源、C/N比、微量元素硒的影响等因素,通过正交实验确定优化培养基的组成成分。结果:优化培养基的组成成分为:土豆汁20%、葡萄糖2%、蛋白胨1%、蚕蛹粉0.5%、KH2P04 0.1%、MgS04·7H2O 0.05%、FeSO4·7H2O 0.002%、VB18mg·L-1,发酵初始pH7.0。结论:采用优化后的培养基,提高了北虫草子实体培育的生物转化率和子实体中的有效成分含量。

This study aimed to establish the best medium composition in the artificial cultivation of Cordyceps militaris. Biological conversion rate, content of cordycepin and adenosine were evaluated as indexes. Factors such as carbon source, nigrogen source, C/N ratio, and content of selenium were investigated. Compositions of the medium were determined and optimized through orthogonal experiments. The results showed that the best medium compositions contain potato juice 20%, glucose 2%, peptone 1%, pupa powder 0.5%, KH2PO4 0.1%, MgS04·7H2O 0.05%, FeSO4·7H2O 0.002%, and VB1 8mg·L-1. The initial pH level of fermentation is 7.0. It is concluded that the optimization medium increases biological conversion rate and active ingredient content in the artificial cultivated Cordyceps militaris.
