[摘要]
目的:建立虫草素晶体的标准图谱和特征图谱。方法:采用红外光谱及粉末X射线衍射法对两种虫草素晶体化合物进行分析,获得了两种虫草素晶体的特征峰值、标准红外光谱及粉末X射线衍射图谱。结果:证实了虫草素的多晶型现象,且不同虫草素晶体之间红外光谱及粉末X射线衍射图谱差异明显。结论:本方法为今后虫草素固体药物的深度开发和生产提供鉴定依据,同时为制定和规范固体药物晶型研究的有效方法和检测分析技术提供了借鉴。

This study aimed to establish the standard spectrum and characteristic spectrum of crystal of cordycepin. Infrared spectrum and powder X-ray diffraction were applied in the analysis of two crystal types of cordycepin. The characteristic peak values of two different crystal forms of cordycepin were obtained by the infrared spectrum and powder X-ray diffraction patterns. The result showed that characteristics of the spectrum are different according to different crystal forms of cordycepin. It is concluded that this method can be used in the identification and further development of cordycepin. It also provides references for the study and detection of crystal formed solid drugs.
