目的:通过准确了解当前中医传染病工作者的科学思维方法、温病理论、科研能力和方法,以及现代前沿技术的能力等,研究制定传染病中医临床科研一体化的人才培养计划及相应的体制机制。方法:针对国家中医药管理局组建的34家中医药防治传染病重点研究室和2家其他单位的61名中医传染病工作者,采用自制调查问卷方式进行调查,问卷的回收率为98.4%。结果:调查对象在温病学理论、传染病临床、传染病科研和科学思维四大知识块都有一定的欠缺。结论:调查对象总体情况较差,开展相关培养工作势在必行。

The study is aimed to understand the scientific thinking,theories of epidemic febrile diseases of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),research capacity and methods,and the ability to master modern cutting-edge technology by TCM doctors on infectious diseases.The purpose is to train a group of professionals engaged in the integration of TCM research and clinical activities in infectious diseases.Self-designed questionnaire was used in the investigation of 61 TCM doctors,who were from 34 key research laboratories appointed by the State Administration of TCM against infectious diseases and another two institutes.The results showed that the recovery rate of the questionnaire was 98.4%.The respondents showed limitations in four aspects of knowledge,which includes TCM theories of epidemic febrile diseases,infectious disease clinic,infectious disease research,and scientific thinking.It is concluded that the overall condition of respondents was still far from being satisfactory.It is imperative to carry out related trainings.
