热疗是肿瘤综合治疗的重要手段之一,通过温热可以直接杀伤肿瘤细胞,和放化疗联合可有明显的增敏作用,虽然和中医药的联合应用报导还不多,但是也取得了一些可喜的成就,尤其热疗和中医药本身都具有副反应小的特点,因而此方面的研究值得大力提倡。本文简要介绍了热疗在肿瘤治疗中的应用和作用机制,以及联合放化疗的生物学基础,重点论述了联合中医药辨证治疗肿瘤的优势,同时也提出热疗与中医药联合应用研究的相对滞后。相信随着热状态下中医药生物学研究的不断完善,将为肿瘤治疗开辟新的领域。

Hyperthermia plays an important role in the comprehensive treatment of tumor.Heat directly damages tumor cells,and shows synergistic killing effect when combined with radiotherapy and/ or chemotherapy.Although the clinical report number on integrated hyperthermia and Chinese medicine therapy of tumor treatment is less,great achievement has been gained by the application of this integrated therapy.Both hyperthermia and Chinese medicine therapy are safe and promising in the treatment of tumor with little side effects.Therefore,hyperthermia combined with Chinese medicine therapy is an important research topic in the comprehensive treatment of tumor.
