[摘要]
目的:建立活络效灵颗粒中5种乳香酸的含量测定方法,为控制和评价其质量提供依据。方法:采用HPLC测定,Agilent SB-C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm);流动相0.1%磷酸水溶液-乙腈梯度洗脱;检测波长210 nm和250 nm;柱温30℃。结果:α-乳香酸、β-乳香酸、3-乙酰-β-乳香酸、11-羰基-β-乳香酸、11-羰基-β-乙酰乳香酸的线性范围分别是0.078~0.390μg、0.512~6.656μg、0.574~7.462μg、0.084~0.420μg和0.296~1.480μg,线性关系良好;回收率分别为97.1%、100.4%、99.8%、99.6%和103.4%。结论:方法准确可靠,可用于活络效灵颗粒中5种乳香酸成分含量测定。

This study aimed to establish a high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) method for the determination of five kinds of boswellic acids in Huo Luo Xiao Ling Granules.The HPLC analysis was performed on C18 column(4.6 mm×150 mm,5 m).Acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid was used as mobile phase and the detection wavelengths were 210 nm and 250 nm.The temperature was 30℃.Five ingredients were well separated.The content ranges of α-boswellic acid,β-boswellic acid,3-acetyl-β-boswellic acid,11-keo-β-boswellic acid and 11-keo-β-acetyl-boswellic acid were 0.078-0.390 μg,0.512-6.656 μg,0.574-7.462 μg,0.084-0.420 μg,and 0.296-1.480 μg,respectively.And the average recoveries of them were 97.1%,100.4%,99.8%,99.6% and 103.4%,respectively.It is concluded that the method is sensitive,accurate and reliable with good reproducibility.It is available for the content determination of boswellic acids in Huo Luo Xiao Ling Granules.
