"痰饮"理论在中医学2000多年的发展史中具有鲜明的理论特色及重要的临床意义。本文试图从隐喻认知的角度,结合中医发生学方法,探讨了"痰饮"作为一种病理产物,同时作为一种致病因素,以及"痰饮"理论作为一种病因病机理论,如何基于认知科学得以架构并系统化,并展望了以隐喻研究为论理工具的中医"痰饮"理论可持续发展的可能性。

The "Phlegm & Fluids" theory of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) has special characteristic and important clinical meaning during 2000-year history of development.The "Phlegm & Fluids" is pathogenic product,as well as pathogenic factor.The "Phlegm & Fluids" theory is both etiology and pathogenesis theory in TCM.This paper studied the subject of how the "Phlegm & Fluids" theory was founded and systematized on the basis of cognitive science.Meanwhile,it prospected possibilities of the sustainable development of the "Phlegm & Fluids" theory which uses metaphorical cognitive theory as theoretical tools.
