根据目前对乌头属中药有效成分的结构与药理作用的关系的研究现状，综述了乌头属中药有效成分的结构与其止痛、抗炎、局部麻醉、强心的药理作用及毒性的关系，为基于增效减毒目的的结构修饰提供参考。

Based on the advanced research of effective components of Aconitum species, the relationship between the structure and anti-inflammatory, analgesis, local anesthesia and pharmacological activities was reviewed. This paper may supply basic data for modifying the structure of constituents in Aconitum species for the improvement of effect and decrease of toxicity.
