热红外成像技术是一种采用光机扫描和红外辐射探测器的仪器，对人体无损、无创、快速成像的技术。其运用于医学具有全面、整体、动态地采集和分析人体信息的特点。其理论基础主要是基于人体不同部位体表温度的不同，以及生理和病理状态下体表温度的差异，从而对其进行分析并作出诊断。现将近年来有关红外热图技术在临床诊断方面的研究进展及其在中医诊断的作用和意义进行整理。

Thermal infrared imaging technology is to use light-machine scanning and infrared radiation detectors.This technology is nondestructive, noninvasive to human body with quick imaging. A comprehensive, overall information is dynamically collected for the analysis of body characteristics. The theoretical foundation is largely based on temperature among different parts of the body, and in the physiological or pathological state, in order to make analysis and diagnosis. The role and importance of infrared thermograph in Chinese medicine clinical practice in recent years has also been reviewed.
