以北豆根总生物碱为模型药物,采用数学模型模拟中药制剂原料的吸湿过程,X 射线衍射等方法研究中药制剂原料经相分散法防潮前后理化性质的变化。结果表明,经过相分散法处理后的总生物碱粉末的吸湿动力学方程符合Ritger-Peppas 方程。在防潮辅料中,以细小的颗粒分散于辅料中形成了类似骨架型的结构,从而达到降低吸湿性的目的。

X-ray diffraction analysis and mathematical models were used in the simulation of moisture adsorption in the study of the variation in moisture absorption characteristics of moistureproof raw materials of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM). The result of model drug indicated that prepared raw materials of TCM were scattered in a matrix of excipient. The dissolution and diffusion had some important effects on the moistureproof materials.
