[摘要]
目的:建立测定吐温80 中乙二醇与二甘醇含量的方法。方法:采用毛细管气相色谱法测定,色谱柱为Agilent 19095 N-123 HP-INNOWAX(30.0 m×530μm×1.00μm)毛细管柱;初始柱温150℃,保持7 min,以15℃·min-1 升至185℃,保持7 min。结果:在确定的色谱条件下组分能基线分离,线性关系良好。乙二醇与二甘醇的加样回收率分别为101.05%和98.90%,乙二醇与二甘醇定量检测限分别为21.446μg·mL-1、16.324μg·mL-1。结论:该方法简便、准确、重复性好,可用于吐温80 中乙二醇与二甘醇的限量测定。

Determination method of ethylene glycol and diethylene glycol in Tween 80 was established. The separation was performed on Agilent 19095N-123 HP-INNOWAX (30.0 m×530μm×1.00 m) chromatographic column.The mobile phase was N2. The initial temperature was 150℃ and kept for 7 min. Then the temperature was promoted 15℃/min until reach 185℃. The result showed that the linear range of ethylene glycol and diethylene glycol was good. The average recovery was 101.05% and 98.90%, respectively. The quantitative determination limit was 21.446g/mL and 16.324 g/mL for ethylene glycol and diethylene glycol, respectively. It is concluded that the method was simple, sensitive, accurate and suitable for simultaneous determination of both thylene glycol and diethylene glycol in Tween 80.
