中药归经理论的现代研究主要分为两方面：一是由中药有效成分的体内分布及其作用部位揭示归经理论的内涵；二是阐明药理效应指标与中医脏腑的相关性，借以诠释归经的本质。经考察发现，前者混淆了西医解剖学脏器组织与中医脏腑的关系；后者以生物学指标与中医脏腑的相关性为依据，使归经研究建立在有待证实的认识之上，故归经理论的现代诠释未能取得实质性进展。本文认为深入进行文献理论研究，正本清源，明确归经理论的多元建构模式及相互关系，是中药归经现代研究的基本前提。

Modern research on channel distribution of Chinese herbs was mainly carried out from two aspects. The first aspect is based on body distribution of effective ingredients and their active parts of Chinese herbs. The second aspect is based on correlation studies between pharmacology indicators and viscera in traditional Chinese medicine (TCM). It has been discovered that the former aspect confuses viscera in anatomy with viscera in TCM, and the latter put channel distribution research on theory. More in-depth theoretical study is required according to relativity between biological indexes and viscera in TCM. In this article, literature studies were deeply studied. And the conclusion is made through clarifying multielemental construction pattern and their relationship based on current channel distribution research.
