胃癌是全球高发的恶性肿瘤之一，及早识别和控制胃癌前病变（PLGC）向胃癌发展是防治胃癌的重要途径。课题组在此前的研究中，认为毒瘀交阻是发生PLGC的主要病机，采用具有解毒化瘀作用的金果胃康胶囊治疗本病，取得了良好的疗效，故本文从“毒瘀交阻”理论探讨辨治胃癌前病变的思路与方法。

Gastric cancer is one of malignant tumors with high disease incidence worldwide. Early detection and control the development from precancerous lesion of gastric cancer (PLGC) into gastric cancer is an important way to prevent and manage gastric cancer. In our previous research, the poison stasis into resistance was considered as the main pathogenesis of PLGC. Good curative effects have been achieved by the treatment with Jinguo-Weikang capsule for the purpose of detoxification and eliminating stasis. Therefore, the thought and method of syndrome differentiation and treatment by "poison stasis into resistance" theory on PLGC has been discussed.
