目的：建立从管花肉苁蓉中快速制备松果菊苷对照品的工艺。方法：运用快速制备液相色谱对管花肉苁蓉浸膏进行分离纯化，得到高纯度的松果菊苷。结果：分离得到的化合物经UV、IR、MS和NMR鉴定为松果菊苷，HPLC测定其纯度为98.38%。结论：本文方法简便、快速，所得产物纯度高，可用于松果菊苷对照品的制备。

This study was aimed to set up an efficient and fast method to separate echinacoside reference material from Cistanche tubulosa (Schrenk) Wight using flash chromatography. Cistanche tubulosa (Schrenk) Wight extract was isolated with flash chromatography. And the prepared compound was identified as echinacoside through UV, IR, MS and NMR, with its HPLC purity of 98.38%. The method is simple, fast and efficient, and can be applied to the preparation of echinacoside reference material.
