基于药效的中药复方物质基础研究是中药现代研究的关键科学问题之一。本文在前期工作的基础上提出了“中药复方指征药代动力学”概念，并对其科学内涵、研究思路和方法做了深入阐述，并在数据处理分析这一核心问题上提出了解决关键，这为中药复方的PK-PD 研究提供了一个新的方法，对阐明复方物质基础和方剂配伍规律具有重要意义。

Efficacious material basis of Chinese formulation is one of the key scientific study aspects in the modernization of Chinese Material Media (CMM). On the basis of the previous work, this paper raised a new concept of "indicated pharmacokinetics of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM)" and analyzed its scientific connotation, research thoughts and data processing method. This study supplied a new method for Pharmacokinetic/Pharmacodynamic (PK-PD) research of TCM. This study explained the efficacious material basis and the compatibility law of Chinese formulation.
