研制中医国际诊疗指南及标准是中医药国际化的重要任务，本文认为应注意以下几点：①中医国际指南及标准制定应首先考虑其出口问题，②中医国际诊疗指南及标准可以低于国内行业标准，③清晰的技术路线图是制定国际指南及标准的方法学的关键，④建立有中医特色证据体系支撑的中医临床国际指南及标准，⑤应重视国外专家所关注的相关被推荐药物的安全性及有效性，⑥英文翻译要充分考虑到国外读者特点。

Establishing clinical guidelines or standards may facilitate internationalization of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM). When drafting guidelines, several principles should be followed: ①Realizing which organization will eventually release the guidelines is the primary point; ②TCM international diagnostic and therapeutic guidelines and standards can be inferior to the domestic ones; ③Clear technology roadmap is central to drafting guidelines and standards in methodology; ④International TCM clinical guidelines and standards require evidence with TCM feature; ⑤The safety and efficacy issues of the recommended herbal medicine concerned by foreign experts should be noticed; ⑥English translation should be simple, clear and appropriate.
