目的：总结作者辨证论治系统性红斑狼疮临床经验。方法：以医案形式阐述系统性红斑狼疮的病因病机、证型、治法、方药。结果：系统性红斑狼疮的病因病机为禀赋不足，情志内伤，外邪侵袭，脏腑虚损，热毒燔灼形成热毒炽盛证；脏腑虚损，气血阴阳失调，久之，形成气阴两伤证；阴病及阳，脾阳不足，水湿不运，肾阳不足，肾水泛滥形成脾肾阳虚证；脾失健运，或肝木侮脾形成脾虚肝旺证；肝气郁结，气血凝滞形成气滞血瘀证。结论：辨证论治系统性红斑狼疮有较好疗效。

This study was aimed to summarize the experience of chief physician Zhou Baokuan on the treatment of systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) based on syndrome differentiation. The etiology, pathogenesis, disease pattern, therapeutic methods and prescriptions of SLE were expounded by the way of medical cases. The results showed that etiology and pathogenesis of SLE is the innate weakness and internal injury by seven emotions, combined with invasion of exogenous evils and viscera deficiency, leading to scorching heat toxin, and resulting in the syndrome of exuberance of heat toxin. Or the prolonged visceral deficiency and imbalance of qi, blood, yin and yang result in the syndrome of deficiency of both qi and yin. Or yin deficiency affects yang, leading to insufficiency of spleen yang, and then water fails to be distributed and is stagnated due to deficient kidney yang, resulting in the syndrome of yang deficiency of spleen and kidney. Or spleen fails to transport and transform, or it is over-restricted by liver, resulting in the syndrome of deficient spleen and excessive liver. Or depressed liver qi leads to stagnation of qi and blood, resulting in the syndrome of qi stagnation and blood stasis. It was concluded that SLE treatment based on syndrome differentiation is effective.
