浅析西医抗炎原理在临床及时消肿及延迟愈合疗效上的局限性，探讨中药象皮制剂快速消炎症肿胀与促进愈合的临床验案和实验验证，从而启示中医药蕴藏有不同的抗炎原理，与西药抗炎症剂有互补作用，值得进一步研究。

This study was aimed to analyze limitations of anti-inflammatory principle, which is the slow detumescence and delayed healing. Distinguishing features of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) on anti-inflammatory effect have been explored according to clinical proved TCM cases and animal experiments. This research is worthy of further study.
